Southeast Underwriting Counsel
As underwriting counsel for the Southeast Region, James (Jim) D. Powell provides underwriting support to the company's agents and approved attorney network. Mr. Powell was admitted to the Georgia State Bar in 1994 and has more than 25 years of experience with real estate and title from managing partner and associate attorney roles with various law firms in Georgia. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from John Marshall School of Law after earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Georgia.
