Drew Foley joined Investors Title in 1998. He is a board-certified specialist in real property law (residential transactions), a speaker at continuing education seminars for attorneys and realtors, and a contributing author to the real property section of North Carolina Lawyers Weekly. Before joining Investors Title, he maintained his own practice for several years, focusing on residential and commercial real property law, and was a staff attorney and head of the residential real estate department at a Burlington, North Carolina law firm. Mr. Foley earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law, and a Master of Laws from the University of Miami.
