Kim Wells oversees operations, marketing, legal and underwriting support, and agent relationship management in the southeast region. Since joining the company in 2007, she has created infrastructure to support South Carolina and Georgia agents and has increased market share. She has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, banking, and title insurance. In her previous role, she managed a multi-state title insurance operation and led the expansion of the agency into 16 states.
