Vice President Managing Claims Counsel
As the vice president managing claims counsel, Elizabeth Wainio manages the claims team that identifies and resolves major claims. She is licensed to practice law in Virginia, North Carolina, and the District of Columbia. Before joining Investors Title in 2004, she worked as a litigation attorney at Watt, Tieder, Hoffar and Fitzgerald, LLP in McLean, Virginia, focusing on construction law. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in health, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond in 1998 and a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2001.
