Kathy Baum

Kathy Baum joined Investors Title in 1997 as the office manager for the Lexington branch and was promoted to her current position of marketing manager in 2001, covering 14 counties in North Carolina. Prior to joining Investors Title, Kathy worked as a real estate paralegal for ten years and in the mortgage lending industry for six years. She is a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal and is a charter member of the Piedmont Triad Commercial Real Estate Women (PT-CREW). Ms. Baum attended Davidson County Community College earning an Associates Degree in Law – Paralegal in 1978.
