David L. Francis retired in 1997 as the President of Marsh Mortgage Company, a mortgage banking firm, and Marsh Associates, Inc., a property management company, where he had been employed since 1963.
During the past five years, Mr. Francis has served on the Board of Directors of Investors Title Company.
Mr. Francis has extensive experience in mortgage lending, real estate and property management.
