Carol Hayden joined Investors Title in 1997 and serves as vice president senior claims counsel for the company and executive vice president of Investors Title Exchange Corporation. She has worked in the title insurance industry since 1993, handling a diverse range of responsibilities including residential and commercial underwriting, escrow and like-kind exchange transactions, and title insurance claims. A native of North Carolina, Ms. Hayden holds a music degree from Temple University and a Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University.
