Over The Limit Request

An Over The Limit Request should be submitted anytime a transaction being handled will result in issuance of a title insurance policy with a coverage amount in excess of the agent's contractual limit, which is set to match the agent's E&O (errors & omissions) or Professional Liability Insurance per claim limit.

To submit your request for Over The Limit approval, please complete the form below. The Print button on page 2 will print the completed form for your records. Click the Submit button on the bottom of page 2 to submit the information electronically to the Southeast Regional Office. You will receive a response via email.

Reinsurance Questionnaire

For any transaction where the policy coverage amount will equal or exceed seven and a half million dollars ($7,500,000.00) or has unusual or extra-hazardous risks involved, a completed Reinsurance Questionnaire and a copy of the proposed commitment must be submitted for approval to the Southeast Regional Office.

The Reinsurance Questionnaire can be completed electronically and printed for submission. The completed Reinsurance Questionnaire and commitment can be submitted by email at southeast@invtitle.com or by fax at 1-866-719-3504.
