Pollock, Kirsten

Kirsten Pollock joined Investors Title in 2002 as an auditor and established the internal audit department for the company. She currently leads the audit team in escrow and underwriting audits for the agencies and branches in states where Investors Title is operational, and is responsible for Sarbanes Oxley 404 compliance, external audit assistance, and other audit related functions. As chair of the ALTA Internal Auditing Committee since 2012, Ms. Pollock led the establishment of Assessment Procedures, published in July 2013, to ensure compliance with ALTA’s Best Practices.

Martin, L. Dawn

L. Dawn Martin joined Investors Title in 1991 and works closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and the Board of Directors.  Additionally, Ms. Martin serves as Investor Relations Officer and oversees activity related to corporate office property management.  Prior to joining Investors Title, she worked in the personnel, banking, and brokerage industries.

Wells, Kim

Kim Wells oversees operations, marketing, legal and underwriting support, and agent relationship management in the southeast region. Since joining the company in 2007, she has created infrastructure to support South Carolina and Georgia agents and has increased market share. She has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, banking and title insurance. In her previous role, she managed a multi-state title insurance operation and led the expansion of the agency into 16 states.

Fine, W. Morris

In addition to his executive leadership roles for the entire family of Investors Title companies, Morris Fine serves as president and chief operating officer of Investors Title Insurance Company. Prior to joining the company in 1992, Mr. Fine worked in the Privately Owned and Emerging Business Group of Ernst and Whinney, now Ernst and Young. Also a native of Chapel Hill, Mr. Fine graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Fine Jr., James A

In addition to his executive leadership roles for the entire family of Investors Title companies, Jim Fine serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Investors Title Insurance Company. Mr. Fine has extensive title insurance and operations experience in addition to a background in investment strategy and strategic planning. Prior to joining Investors Title in 1987, Mr. Fine worked at a private family office. A native of Chapel Hill, Mr.

Garren, Brandee

Brandee Garren began her career at Investors Title in 1996. In her current role, she represents the Operations Division while working closely with the Engineering team on key technology initiatives. Ms. Garren is a graduate of the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Murphy, C. Todd

Todd Murphy joined Investors Title in 2004 after serving in senior financial positions with a number of firms in diverse industries. He is a certified public accountant (inactive), certified management accountant and certified internal auditor. A North Carolina native, Mr. Murphy earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from North Carolina State University in 1991 and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005.

Lewter, Beth

Beth Lewter joined Investors Title in 1985 after working with Deloitte Haskins and Sells for several years. She is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed in the State of North Carolina. A North Carolina native, Ms. Lewter earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University in 1982, graduating magna cum laude. She is a member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She also serves on the Accounting Committee of the American Land Title Association.

Ferrie, John

John Ferrie joined Investors Title in 2012 and manages IT infrastructure and network operations for the company. He has nearly 20 years of experience in IT operations and data communications management. Prior to joining Investors Title, John worked as the US Infrastructure Manager at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Mr. Ferrie studied computer networking through Novell Training Service in New York. Originally from England, he obtained an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Tresham College in Northamtonpshire, England.

Biliouris, Joanna

Joanna Biliouris joined the Operations Division of Investors Title in 2003, has been responsible for business development for the company's affiliate owned agents in the Midwest, and now leads national operations for the company. Her past experience includes roles as vice president of customer relations for a large mortgage lender and director of tax operations for a leading insurance company. A North Carolina native, she earned a political science and criminal justice degree from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina.
